By accessing or using Satori (the "Platform"), built and operated by DBMansionlabs ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Satori is a unified AI workspace that provides API routing access to third-party large language models, file indexing (RAG), custom agent creation, and team collaboration tools.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- Waitlist and founding member privileges, including launch credits, are subject to verification and platform availability upon launch.
- Satori billing operations (starting at ₦10,000/month) will support multi-currency payment routes (Naira, GHS, USD). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle.
4. Data Usage and Privacy
Your uploads, database vector indices, and chat sessions are stored securely. We do not use your proprietary business files or conversational data to train public foundation models. For complete details, please read our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Platform to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content, or to bypass safety guardrails established by the underlying AI model providers.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satori shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from model inaccuracies, downtime, or data loss.
